Registration Policies


The following provides all information relating to the registration process as well as our registration policies for the 2020 Women|Future Conference. If you have a question that is not answered in this section and it relates to registration, please contact our Conference staff for assistance. If you have a question relating to another portion of the conference, please see the Frequently Asked Questions page.



Each individual who will attend the 2020 Women|Future Conference must complete the online registration process. Please see the Team Discounts section below if more than one individual from your organization will attend the event.



All of the registration fees provide access to all of the Conference events. All registration fees are listed in and payable in U.S. Dollars. “End of Day” means midnight based on your local time. If you are registering three or more individuals (a “team”) please also refer to the Team Discounts section for further information. Credit cards are the only method of payment accepted for the On-Site Registration option.


  • Early Registration: By End of Day January 10, 2020 @ $99

  • Standard Registration: January, 10 2020 - End of Day October 21, 2020 @ $299

  • Late Registration: October 21, 2019 - End of Day November 5, 2020 @ $399

  • On-Site Registration: November 6, 2020 - November 12, 2020 (first day of conference) @ $499

A discount of 10% per paid registrant will be extended to a team of three or more individuals from the same company or organization. When registering a team, you will be required to register all individuals of a team at the same time as well as pay for the entire team at once. Each individual of a team will receive her or his own registration confirmation via email to the email address you provide for each individual. When registering online, you will be prompted to check whether you are registering an individual or a team. If you mark that you are registering a team, the online registration system will then prompt you to enter in the information for each individual of your team. Please note, the 10% team discount does not apply to the $99 Holiday Special ticket pricing. 



Your registration will not be processed until your payment is received in full. You may pay by credit card, check, or a bank wire transfer. On-Site registration can only be paid with a credit card.

Payment by Check

Make your check payable to “The Stevie Awards” and please note “W|FC ‘20 Conference” in the memo section. Checks must be drawn on a US bank. Mail your check to The Stevie Awards, Attn: W|FC ‘20 Conference, 10560 Main Street, #519, Fairfax, VA 22030  USA


Wire Transfer

This option is only available to those registrants located outside of the USA. Wire transfers should be made payable at no cost to Stevie Awards, Inc. and must be in US funds through a US bank. Please contact Conference staff for more details.



You may change the name, at any time, on a current registration at no charge. To do so, access your online registration account. When you log into your account, you will see the option to transfer your registration. Once you select the “Transfer” button, you may enter the name and email of the person who is taking your spot. The invited registrant will then receive an email that invites them to accept the transfer, which will then change the status of your registration to “Pending Transfer.” Once the transfer is complete, the status of on your registration record will change to “Transferred.”



Refunds of cancelled registrations are as follows (“end of day” means midnight based on your local time)”


  • 100% Refund: cancel registration by end of day October 21, 2020

  • 50% Refund: cancel registration by end of day November 5, 2020

  • No Refund: cancel registration anytime beginning on November 8, 2020

You may cancel your registration based on the above refund policy by contacting the Conference staff directly.



Upon receipt of payment, your conference registration will be acknowledged electronically to include confirmation of specific choices you were asked to make during the registration process.



Conference badges will only be issued to registrants once they check-in for the Conference at the Conference Hotel on Thursday, November 12, 2020 between the hours of 8 am - 8:45 am. The name you provide in the contact section when registering online, will be the name that will appear on your badge.

After you complete the online registration and receive the confirmation, please contact the Conference staff directly if you have any special needs, i.e. wheelchair access.



The Conference will not provide guest passes or a special registration fee for a guest. The only discount that will be offered to paid registrants will be if three or more individuals from the same organization register, at the same time (team discount).



By registering for this event, you consent that photos and videos of you at the event may be published in print or posted online in online photo albums; on photo/video-sharing sites such as YouTube and Vimeo; on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google +; and in other web-based media at the sole discretion of Stevie Awards, Inc.



It is the responsibility of you as the registrant to ensure that emails with the domain name “” in an email address are added to your email whitelist (feature in an email application where you can enter in email addresses with specific domain names so they are not considered spam, automatically deleted, etc.) to ensure that you receive all relevant Conference communications from the time you register up until the Conference on November 12, 2020.


Further, you agree as a registrant that you accept the responsibility to be informed about Conference updates, all of which will be communicated to you via email from an email address with the domain name “”



The Stevie Awards is the organization that manages, plans, and presents a number of business-related award programs throughout the world, in addition to the Women|Future Conference. One of these award programs, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, is being held at the same hotel on Friday evening, November 13, 2020. Should you plan to register for the 2020 Women|Future Conference and purchase a ticket to attend the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, it will be necessary for you to complete these as separate and independent from one another. To register for the 2020 Women|Future Conference, visit the Conference online registration page. To purchase a ticket for the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, visit the awards event ticket page. No discount will be offered to individuals that will attend both events.
