How do I register the group so that we all receive the discount and we all fall under one payment?
When registering a team, you will be required to register all individuals of a team at the same time as well as pay for the entire team at once. Each individual of a team will receive her own registration confirmation via email to the email address you provide for each individual. When registering online, you will be prompted to check whether you are registering an individual or a team. If you mark that you are registering a team, the online registration system will then prompt you to enter in the information for each individual of your team. Will I receive my badge in the mail?
You will not receive your badge in the mail in advance of the Conference, rather you will receive it when you check-in to the Conference.
When and where can I pick up my badge?
You may pick up your badge upon checking-in at the Conference registration the morning of Friday, November 16, 2018. We will alert you to the exact location of checking-in for the Conference via email a few days prior to the event. Conference registration opens at 7:00 am and will close at 7:45 am.
